Link Park redevelopment

This proposal was turned down by the Planning Inspector in November 2022.

This does not mean there will not be another development planned by the same company.

We will let you know if and when this happens

A development company, Link Park Heathrow LLP, is planning to redevelop the aggregate site at Link Park into a high tech data centre, which will potentially remove HGV traffic once construction is complete (details here).

Whilst in principle we would welcome the reduction in HGV movements, the Residents Association did not feel we should support the project.
